The returned goods/products will be checked to verify the manufacturing defect or according to the damage of the goods as claimed. The packaging should also be in its original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used, roughly handled or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Alpha-Health (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 30 dyas after the confirmation.
