Question: How are the Post Partum Garments different from body shaper garments in department stores:

The Design Veronique post partum garments feature materials and designs specifically for a woman that has just had a baby- every part of the garment is designed and made to assist with healing, support, comfort and body shaping. The garments are might from a strong, lightweight powernet material, the material provides the ideal level of support and is breathable, soft and ideal for extended wear. The garments have additional "inner panels" of fabric in the key areas that need support- namely the abdomen; all garments feature flat, non-marking seams that won't rub or irriate and there are not seams in the area where the cesarean section incision is made. 

Question: How do I know which garment is right for me?

The garment styles feature different garments for the different types of delivery- cesarean and vaginal. If your delivery was via cesarean section, the cesarean section garment will provide the best support and stabilization for your healing. The extended wear body shapers are ideal for wear after any type of delivery, they assist the new mother with long term stabilization of the abdominal area while provide the benefits of shaping and contouring.

There are different "leg lengths" offered, the amount of coverage on the leg is usually a personal preference.  

Question: How do I select the correct garment size?

Please consult the size chart found on each individual product page for the sizing details of each garment. Your Design Veronique support product should provide you with a feeling of comfort and stabilization, but should not restrict your breathing or movement. To find the ideal garment size, please have someone else take your measurements and avoid wearing bulky clothes.

To take your waist measure- Your feet should be hip width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides. We recommend using a soft measuring tape. Hold the tape level and firmly, but do not allow it to 'dig' into your skin or clothing. Measure around the smallest part of the waistline, at least 2 to 3 days after delivery.

Question: Can I return my garment if it doesn't fit?

We hope we can assist you in finding the ideal garment in the correct size. If the garment happens not to fit, please contact us to return the garment. Question: How do I care for my garment?

To keep your product in good condition, we recommend cold water washing and line drying. For stain removal, soak the product in 2 to 3 gallons of cold water with ¼ cup of peroxide for 30 minutes, and follow recommended care instructions.

  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.

Question: How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

Question: I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

  2. Click Submit.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Question: Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

Question: What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysian Ringgit.

Question: Can Shipments Be Made Outside Malaysia?
Yes, but we will need to calculate the freight for you and verify the duty- this means an order shipping outside Malaysia cannot be placed directly on the website.
